This week in Primary 3/4 we celebrated World Book Day. The children brought in their all-time favourite books and enjoyed sharing them with the class, explaining why they love them so much. We also wrote book reviews based on our chosen stories.
As part of the celebrations, the children made colourful bookmarks and enjoyed shared reading time with pupils from P6. Our favourite moment of the week was when we “dropped everything and read” — the classroom was peaceful and quiet as everyone became completely engrossed in their books.
