The Literacy Service publishes a regular Newsletter that parents can share with their children.
This edition is called 'All About School Transitions'. You'll find information on moving from Nursery into P1, transition within the school and moving on to Post Primary. There are also lots of ideas, resources and strategies to support transition, including mindfulness.
