The nursery children had a wonderful time celebrating World Book Day. They enjoyed designing their own colourful bookmarks and were very proud of their own creative work. We attended a whole school assembly where some of the older children told everyone about their favourite books, which was very exciting to listen to. The Primary 7 children also visited and kindly read us a story. Afterwards, we talked together about our favourite books and shared which page in the story we liked the most. It was a lovely day filled with stories, creativity, and a shared love of books.
