Our Primary 5 and 6 pupils recently enjoyed a fun and informative visit from Hannah and Kerri from the Dairy Council. During the interactive session, the children learned all about the importance of maintaining a healthy, balanced diet and how making the right food choices supports both physical growth and overall wellbeing. The pupils explored the different food groups, discovering how each one helps our bodies to grow, stay strong, and feel energised throughout the day. The highlight of the visit was the energetic Food and Fitness Rap, which had everyone moving, smiling and joining in. The pupils left feeling motivated and inspired to make healthy choices, and it was a fantastic addition to our ongoing work promoting health and wellbeing across the school.
