This week, our enthusiastic Primary 4 pupils ventured into the school’s eco-area for an exciting minibeast hunt! Armed with magnifying glasses and plenty of curiosity the children explored the natural environment to discover a variety of tiny creatures living in the undergrowth, on leaves and under logs.
They spotted ladybirds, woodlice, spiders, worms, ants, and more—learning about their habitats, movement, and roles in the ecosystem. The hunt is part of our World Around Us topic on living things and their environments, helping pupils develop observation skills and a deeper appreciation for bio-diversity.
