Primary 5 have been taking part in Chester’s Challenge, a fun and interactive programme designed to promote healthy eating and physical activity. Pupils have been learning about the importance of a balanced diet, making healthy food choices, and staying active every day. Through games, discussions, and challenges, they’ve been encouraged to think about how small changes can lead to a healthier lifestyle. Well done to everyone for taking part with such enthusiasm!
