Primary 2 have been exploring storytelling through role play, connecting their ideas to our class topic of “Toys.” The children have been acting out adventures, sequencing events, and sharing stories inspired by what they are learning in class.
Role play helps them develop language, confidence, and communication skills, while bringing our topic of "Toys" to life.
A special member of our class, Ted the Take-Home Bear, has been part of this journey too! Each week, a child takes Ted home to create their own story, then shares it with the class, helping to extend learning and inspire imagination. Enjoy having a look at some of the work completed to date.
